Lubuk Pakam, 10 Juli 2026– Dalam rangka menjaga konsistensi dan mengevaluasi mutu pelayanan bagi masyarakat pencari keadilan, Pengadilan Negeri Lubuk Pakam melaksanakan kegiatan Briefing Evaluasi bagi Petugas Layanan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP). Kegiatan ini dilangsungkan di Ruang PTSP pada hari Jumat, 10 Juli 2026, pukul 17.00 WIB setelah jam pelayanan berakhir.
Briefing evaluasi tersebut dipimpin oleh Panitera Pengadilan Negeri Lubuk Pakam, Bapak Ivan Endah Dayatra, S.H., M.H., serta dihadiri oleh para Panitera Muda, seluruh petugas meja layanan PTSP, personel Keamanan (Satpam), hingga petugas kebersihan (Cleaning Service).
Pelaksanaan briefing di akhir pekan ini ditujukan sebagai wadah monitoring berkala untuk mengukur efektivitas pemberian layanan yang telah berjalan selama seminggu terakhir. Adapun fungsi utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi setiap kendala teknis yang dihadapi petugas di lapangan, menyelaraskan persepsi standar pelayanan operasional, serta memastikan seluruh unsur penunjang —mulai dari aspek pengamanan hingga kebersihan lingkungan—tetap terjaga dalam kondisi optimal.
Melalui forum evaluasi ini, seluruh lini garda terdepan dapat saling berkoordinasi secara langsung demi meningkatkan responsivitas, menjaga transparansi, dan mewujudkan akuntabilitas pelayanan publik.Â
Dengan adanya evaluasi ini diharapkan komitmen bersama dalam memberikan pelayanan yang humanis, prima, dan bebas dari gratifikasi di lingkungan Pengadilan Negeri Lubuk Pakam dapat terus dipertahankan serta ditingkatkan secara berkelanjutan.
